Horizons LTD warrantees the inside liner of the "2 Cool" cooler for lifetime against manufacturer's defect, not circumstances beyond our control. Horizons LTD warrantees the outer shell (top zipper, straps, outer fabric, buckles, Velcro) against manufacturer's defect (not circumstances beyond our control, for a period of 5-years from the date of purchase. The side zipper cannot be replaced.
