- Certified Bank Checks payable in US Dollars drawn on a US bank
- Direct wire transfer from your bank in US Dollars for overseas sales.

Wire Transfer: There is a fee at the purchaser's bank and at the receiving bank at your expense. If you wish to make a wire transfer, we can e-mail you the instructions.
American Express Credit Card: If you wish to charge your American Express card, you may call with your card information during business hours, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time , USA, or you may fax your card number to our secure fax at (770)785-9949, or you may email your information to us. We will need your correct billing address that American Express uses and the four digit number (card verification number) printed on the front of the card, your telephone number and email address.
HORIZONS LTD DOES NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S. We will need a U.S. shipping address and YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT AMEX at the number on the back of your card to make sure your shipping address is registered with them as an alternate address.
For our protection and that of our customers, we do verify all billing and shipping information for all credit card charges with American Express.
Charges: Horizons LTD charges $10.00 per box, unless oversized. We put as many items in one box as is feasible; some items will not fit in a box together because of their shapes. When a box is oversized, we have to add $5 for UPS oversize charges.
• Your order will ship within 3 business days or we will notify you by e-mail of the exception (out-of-stock, drop ship, special order, etc.).
• If a correct e-mail address is provided on the order, you will receive an e-mail from UPS as to when the order ships, any exceptions, and is delivered.
• Horizons LTD warrants our "2" COOL U.S.A. coolers against manufacturer's defect, but we can still make repairs. See F.A.Q.s for details, including the plant shipping address.
• DO NOT SEND COOLERS FOR REPAIR TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.
• The dock lines are warranted for one year against manufacturer's defect.
• Dock lines must be returned to determine if the problem is a manufacturer's defect or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We warrant garden products that we manufacture for 3 years against manufacturer's defect.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace the product upon its return.
• We warrant products that we do not manufacture for one year, at which point any further warranty reverts to the manufacturer.
